Leadership has always been part of my DNA. As a third-generation Eagle Scout, I was raised with a deep respect for discipline, service, and accountability. These principles continue to guide how I lead teams, manage risk, and drive operational excellence.

Over the past two decades, I’ve built a career rooted in strategic foresight and operational precision. From overseeing multi-state asset protection programs to leading million-dollar technology upgrades, my work has consistently focused on creating safer, smarter, and more resilient environments.

My journey began in the military and evolved through leadership roles in retail, logistics, and corporate operations. I’ve built asset protection functions from the ground up, coached high-performing teams, and implemented investigative principles that improve case resolution and compliance. Whether managing teams covering 250+ sites or integrating advanced security technologies, I bring a hands-on approach backed by nationally recognized certifications: LPC, CFI, and CPP.

I believe security leadership is about more than protection, it’s about trust, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate what’s next. Today, I’m expanding my footprint in Arizona and exploring new ways to integrate emerging trends like AI surveillance, mobile units, and Zero Trust frameworks into scalable security strategies.
